I am Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis; a Master Coach, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy™; Yoga teacher and Solicitor. I have over 15 years’ experience in management, coaching and change work, and a lifelong interest in physical and emotional wellbeing.
NLP techniques, hypnosis and coaching have been used by leading politicians, business leaders, TV personalities and professional sports personnel for many years to achieve their full potential and career goals, but they can be used by anyone in their personal or business life for the same effect. Why settle for less than you are or what you truly deserve in your private and/or professional life?

Change might involve dealing with one particular issue or one aspect of your lifestyle. On the other hand it might involve looking at a range of issues, some mental and some physical.
One should never underestimate the mind/body connection and the impact one has on the other. Regular exercise, correct breathing and being in the right state of mind are crucial to mental and physical wellbeing.
I qualified as a yoga teacher by completing the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma in 2006. I have also trained with in astanga yoga (often referred as ashtanga) - a dynamic and physical form of flowing yoga.
The benefits of yoga should be available to all; don’t be put off by the more mystical aspects and extreme postures, such as the lotus posture, in classes. Don’t be put off by the misconception it is too easy! Many top sports personnel and celebrities now incorporate yoga into their training regime, including Premiership footballers and top ranked tennis players. No one should be put off by any adverse previous experience.
I offer a range of classes and scheduled classes are open to all, both male and female, and all levels. You simply do what you can, developing your ability the more you practice, and do even more tomorrow! Specialised classes, for individuals or small groups, are available on request. I also offer one to one sessions by appointment.
The physical and mental benefits of yoga should not be underestimated and some of the benefits, such as back care and stress relief are well documented. Regular practice increases strength and improves flexibility, and an overall sense of wellbeing. If you are looking for a gentle stretch, relaxation, meditation and/or a more physically demanding work-out please give me a call to discuss the type of session that would be best for you. We can arrange a class to suit if you would prefer to get small a group of friends together.
To complement my yoga training I have trained in Thai Massage and Pilates and incorporate aspects of both into one to one sessions and classes.
